THE MIRAMAR CENTER THEN (in the1960's)

The Miramar Center was THE place to go in the 1960's in San Juan, P. R. on the weekends to  listen to the local Rock bands and dance. It was fun, it was safe, and many long-lasting friendships were made here. Yes, those were the days, my friends...and we are all still connected!

This picture was taken recently. It's sad to see "our" place run down like this, but it awakens very fond memories for both Rock band members that got their chance to shine here, and for the Fans that looked forward to hearing and dancing to great music every weekend.
